Great from start to finish. Easy to order. Delivery was flawless. Super easy to use. And a great system. Karaoke was such a hit for my wife’s birthday party. Will 100% be renting again.

Everything about karaoke rental Ottawa was excellent. The gear was set up in a timely fashion, was explained to me in a way that allowed me to confidently run our party (controlling individual mic volume, lowering the volume of the music to make announcements, how to play our own music on spotify with the speaker, etc) The installer that came to set up our gear, Terry, was outstanding. He was patient, kind, and caring. He made sure that everything was set up how we wanted, gave input on how to have the best experience, and made sure that we were happy before he left. He came promptly to pick up the gear late at night after our party was finished, and was happy to hear that we'd had a great time. I'd recommend this service to anyone looking to host their own karaoke, and I'll probably end up using them again.

We hired the Karaoke services very last minute and we were beyond happy with everything - from communication to set up and take down. The equipment was awesome and the support to learn how to run it smoothly was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend!

I was throwing my husband a 55th birthday party and I thought it would be fun to do karaoke. I didn’t know you could rent for a small 20 person party and tried to buy something but didn’t know what. Came across their website and it was extremely last minute (same day as party) and Hector made it all happen. We had the best time and played karaoke until the wee hours of the morning. It was so much fun. The customer service was a 20 out of 10. Richard set it up and was the nicest friendliest guy!!! Recommend anyone to hire them for your next party!!!

If you're thinking about it, do it! We had an amazing party with this karaoke set up. Hector was very friendly and professional and made arranging the whole thing so easy. There were tons of songs to choose from and we loved how easy it was to control through our phones - the party light was a great bonus!

This made our work event extra special, we also appreciated the set up and great communication. We will definitely use this company again.

I rented a karaoke machine for my holiday party and it was a huge success. The machine is easy to use and has an amazing song library. Karaoke Rental Toronto were great to work with - Luke, our technician, was very polite and he made sure the machine was working well before he left. He was also communicative about drop off and pick up times. It was an easy and smooth experience - I’ll be renting again from them next year!

I recently rented a karaoke machine with 2 mics. It came with a tablet for choosing songs, and a monitor on a stand for the singer to view the lyrics. Artur set everything up and explained how to use it. The app was great: easy to use (all you need to do is use the tablet or scan a QR code with your phone), had tons of songs from different genres, and the had ability to change some of the settings like the key of the song. Hector and Artur were great to deal with and I would definitely rent again for a future event. Keep in mind that you need to specify pickup time in advance. If your party is late on a Friday night, for example, and you don't have access to your venue on Saturday, you could be charged for another day. Tip: I recommend hooking it up to a projector or large monitor so your guests can join in singing the lyrics.
