My friends and I had a blast at my 50th Birthday party! Karaoke Rental went out of their way to make everything work out - they were down a driver so they brought in a driver who was going on holiday. He dropped off the machine and set it up before he went on holiday and when he didn't have the right tablet, they delivered it to me at my doorstep. The tablet was very easy to figure out but they phoned me to follow up and make sure everything was ready for my party. I would definitely rent from them again!

I had an amazing experience with karaoke rental Toronto! Booked my equipment about a month earlier, super easy, got the receipts online, as well as email and sms confirmations. I had to contact them to share my husband's contact and it was everything smooth. Everyone had great communication especially during equipment dropping off and picking up. Regarding the karaoke: they have a great selection of music and the tablet it is super user-friendly to navigate. Soundbar is incredible, microphones worked perfectly. I would recommend them to everyone from now on and will definitely rent for another event.

The booking process was very easy and seamless. One of the team members came and installed the system with ease and explained to us the instructions - it was also very easy to use. They were available to us for any questions after the drop-off as well, which was very helpful. The system itself was great; the volume of the speakers can be easily controlled as well.

My experience with Karaoke Rental Niagara was indeed A+++. From the minute I sent an email inquiry, to the booking, to the drop-off/pickup, and set up, Hector was the representative, and he was super accommodating to deal with.
