Our Karaoke Rental Guarantee: Love It or It’s On Us
We’re so confident that you’ll love our karaoke system that we offer a bold guarantee:
If it’s not the best karaoke experience you’ve ever had, we’ll gladly cover the cost of your next rental with one of our competitors — up to $150.
Here’s how it works: If you’re not satisfied, simply stop using our system after no more than 1 hour or 15 songs, whichever comes first. Give us a call that same evening to let us know, and we’ll take care of the rest. Your free competitor rental must be used within 6 months.
No fine print, just a solid promise: we want your party to be amazing — whether it’s with us or someone else.
